COVID Testing and Death Rates

When I generated this report in July of 2020, I think "Politics" and "Data"  were being twisted to suit various narratives.  My goal was to simply provide the data that was available.  

As I recall, the claim being made was that COVID cases, hospitalizations, and deaths were increasing because we were testing more .  (That didn't come from me).  So I took a dive into the data.
